Phew, what a FUN weekend!!! Happy Father’s Day, I hope you enjoyed celebrating the great men in your life! We celebrated BIG for my husband’s first Father’s Day 🙂 Friday was the food truck festival in our town so we indulged.
Saturday evening my in-laws arrived for the week and we were so excited to see them, they were mostly excited to see Ronald hehe 😉 Then on Sunday my family joined us, everyone loaded up in the van (that ridiculous van is handy after all), and we headed down to Detroit for Ronald’s first Tigers game! It truly was a blast and I am so glad that it was something all of us were able to do together. It was also very convenient to have so many hands to help with Ronald for our first big outing!
Of course had to include a little craft for the Grandpas’ gift 🙂
And Hank, Hal, Ronald, and I put this gift together for Ron! The bat is the actual length of Ronald when he was born, the bat mug is from here, of course he needed a new dad mug, and then I just put Ronald’s hand & foot prints on a baseball we happened to have. Since I knew we were going to the Tigers baseball game for Father’s Day I took that as a theme and ran with it 😉
So much fun! What a special time. Love all of the pics of the three generations 🙂 That food truck festival sounds like a blast too.
