Hello there Monday & hello friends! The weather wasn’t all that great this weekend but we were motivated & productive nonetheless. I cleaned around the house while Ron worked in the garage and then we met some friends for lunch on Saturday and followed up with a trip to Whole Foods then Trader Joe’s and of course I made sure we fit Target in too! I’ve always enjoyed the Pumpkin O’s cereal so I picked up a box along with the pumpkin waffles to try out – both are more subtle pumpkin flavors which I like 🙂 We grabbed a lot of favorites & I decided to try out some other new cereal too!
Sunday we worked a bit on pulling things together for the nursery more. We haven’t made any big item purchases just yet, hoping for some Black Friday deals! This is a peek at our inspiration for the decorating the room 😉
We grabbed a few parts from our own Vette and then picked up a couple other neat items this weekend too!

Thanks Holly! We actually painted our master bedroom that grey color & a wall in our living room the blue color before we moved in a couple years ago – when we started discussing color options for the nursery we landed on grey & blue and then it dawned on us that we had enough paint leftover to use! So it worked out really well since we knew we already loved the colors 😉

I am in love with your nursery theme!!! It’s vintage CARS!!! The little Michelin men are too cute as well as all your treasures! It would be cute to have your son’s name on a license place just like in the picture!

Just found your blog recently and I’m loving it! We just recently adopted a hound of our own (Cooper) and he’s awesome. Your nursery is painted EXACTLY the same as my son’s bedroom. It looks so good. Now my son is 21 and at college so it’s not a nursery any more lol
