Friday had us feeling like this!! Both my husband & I had a couple of busy days last week so by Friday afternoon we were looking forward to shutting down for the week.
We got outside for a GLORIOUS walk, it was SO nice out! Then folded some laundry after dinner. Plus I got to video chat with my besties after Ro was down for bed, I don’t know why we haven’t been video chatting regularly for years but we plan to make it regular now 🙂
Ro has been dealing with some big feelings as he learns boundaries…I told him no, since he was not being helpful organizing his dresser & was very nearly slamming his fingers in the drawers and well he did not take it so well, lol!
I sewed up his teepee while he napped and had it setting up for when he woke up. He loved crawling in & out of it especially with his penguin Empanada! And he absolutely LOVES the gel window clings from the Target dollar spot, we keep them on various windows throughout the house and they entertain him well.
On Sunday we spent a little time in the garage checking out Dad’s racecar. Later in the day we built his water table and had fun playing with it even without water. Then we wrapped up the evening with haircuts for both Ron & Ro!
