What we’re eating this week…
Nothing too thrilling to share here. Just usuals like tacos, spaghetti, and using up some meat we’ve had in the freezer. We did grab wings from a new place that opened in town so that was a treat!

This week is Halloween spirit week at daycare and I am loving looking back on spirit week from last year!!!
What I’m loving…
At the beginning of summer I took the plunge into using Beautycounter products. Over 5 years ago I set out to make skincare a habit and I’ve never looked back. After I proved to myself that I was capable of cleansing & moisturizing my skin daily I started to add a few more products to my ritual and then worked towards upgrading all those products to higher quality (and always cruelty free). Beautycounter felt like the next step and I have been loving what I’ve tried so far!
What we’ve been up to…
Oh my we’ve been up to ALLLLL the things! The weekend before last, Ro spent two days/nights with Grandma & Grandpa E, well and the chickens 😉
What I’m dreading…
Trying to remain thankful as we round out the year, looking for the silver linings and past the dread.
What I’m working on…
Purging & cleaning the whole entire house!
What I’m excited about…
We’ve got a girls night planned for December that I am so looking forward too, time with my besties fills my cup <3
What I’m watching/reading…
I haven’t been doing a whole lot of either. In another reading rut, just tired & haven’t found the motivation to dig into another book recently. I did watch Practical Magic this week though!
What I’m listening to…
I love listening to Ro these days. He is saying so many words and yet babbles much of the time too, we just love it. My current favorite is hearing him say yellow <3
What I’m wearing…
Nothing much to share here lol, not feeling a whole lot of inspiration in my closet lately.
What I’m doing this weekend…
We don’t have any big plans. We’ll dress up in our Halloween costumes & snap a few pictures of that at least I’m sure 😉
What I’m looking forward to next month…
November always starts to feel festive for the holidays! While I’d love to put our tree up even this weekend I know it won’t be happening but that doesn’t mean we can get festive in other ways 😉

Hi Rechelle. Hard to believe we are at the end of October. What happened to our year! I hope you and the boys (human and canine) are well. Is Ro favoring his left hand in his activities? We are all so very well! And yes, we think we may have a lefty lol! Neither Ron or I are left-handed though we do have a few family members across both sides that are, this will be new for us!
