Coming off a holiday weekend away we’re keeping things simple for dinner this week! We’ve got grilled pizza, brats, veggie filled pasta, and Friday is our city’s monthly Food Truck gathering!

These bonfires from last year Memorial day weekend, food & s’mores over the fire are just SO good!
What I’m loving…
I am loving this new tea I decided to try out from Trader Joe’s! It smells very strongly of watermelon but tastes more minty for sure, delicious either way.
What we’ve been up to…
Last weekend we attended the Indy 500 and had a blast!!! Hank & Hal stayed with my parents and I think they had a good time too 😉

Not a darn thing 😉
What I’m working on…
I’m working on getting everything planted in my garden! Plus we need to get a fence around it too.

I’m excited for my in-laws to arrive this weekend!

I’ve listened to a lot of audiobooks recently but took a short break for a few days while I waited for my next one to become availble from the library.

This weekend my husband’s parents will be arriving from Arizona to visit and I think my parents will be coming over too to help me with my garden!

I changed out Hank & Hal’s bowties with new ones to be more festive for Memorial Day & 4th of July <3

I made this one several times last year and it is just TOO GOOD! Hoping I’ll be able to use tomatoes & basil from my own garden this year, YUM!
