What we’re eating this week…
We’ve got plenty of leftovers from last week while my in-laws were visiting so we’ll be working through those along with some other just easy favorites like grilled cheese 
I also made this Caprese Pasta Salad for a little side dish throughout the week or lunch and surprisingly my hubby REALLY enjoyed it!

What I’m reminiscing about…
Today was my Papa’s birthday and Monday will have been my Gma’s birthday, I’m reminiscing about all the good times with them. I know they are in our hearts & spirit every single day <3
What I’m loving…
I had a coupon and these were on sale at my grocery store last week so I picked them up to try and I am really enjoying them! I want to try another flavor next time 
What we’ve been up to…
Last weekend we went out for ice cream on Saturday after finally getting some really nice summer weather, then we grabbed lunch on Sunday at one of our favorite spots. Getting out more & more with Ronald in tow.
What I’m dreading…
Not a darn thing. I prefer not to look at things with dread
What I’m working on…
I’m really late to the game on yard work & getting flowers planted this year, we’ve just been so busy plus a new baby makes things tricky too. I’ve started working on some of it but am okay if it just doesn’t happen this year either.
What I’m excited about…
I am so looking forward to having all of next week off with no set plans, getting to just soak up time with all 4 of my boys!
What I’m watching/reading…
Not watching much of anything these days honestly but I do need to do a book review soon! I’ve gotten back into audiobooks on my commute to help me read more books, recently I’ve finished 2 from Elin Hilderbrand – Nantucket Nights & The Castaways. I also listened to Daisy Jones and The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid – SOOOO GOOD!! And this week I’m working through Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng.

I’m enjoying getting back to some of my favorite shirts after being pregnant last year and not wearing them as much, Knox Rose @ Target is always my go to!
What I’m doing this weekend…
Ron has another track day planned and hopefully I’ll get to go out with him again too – which means we’re headed to my parents house for the weekend!
What I’m looking forward to next month…
July is birthday month! Mine, the beags, and then Ron’s, plus my Mom & Aunt too!! But mostly I’m looking forward to having the week of 4th of July off
What else is new…
We put together Ronald’s walker over the weekend and he is quickly starting to enjoy it! We’re into watching Formula 1 racing and when I saw this walker that matched our favorite driver we knew we had to have it
Yeah for a week off- hope you enjoy it to the fullest- I can’t get over Ronald in that walker- OF COURSE it is a race car- love it!

Yup, half the 2019 year is almost over… can’t believe it! LOVE your baby boy in that race car walker! Never knew there was so much race car stuff (for kids) out there – you’ve opened my eyes! Sounds like everything going great for you and your family… enjoy/embrace!
Thanks Laurie! I never knew how much car stuff there was for kids until having my own, but if we can find it we gotta have it
