Wow I can not believe July has already come & gone! I am linking up with Sheaffer, Shay, & Mel to share what we’ve been up to this month.
What we’re eating this week…
Over the weekend we made a trip to Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s to stock up on some of our faves so this week we are enjoying grilled chicken wings, orange chicken & veggie stir fry, and some of our favorite spicy sweet potato & bean burritos.
What I’m reminiscing about…
I started college in the month of July, yes earlier than most colleges. I met my husband, Ron, very soon after classes started that month for us, though of course he was a year ahead of me. July is always such a good month! It’s the start of our love story, its the month we kicked off the start of another school year, its our birthday month, its just plain good 😉 Here we are that first summer, nine years ago!
What I’m loving…
I love waking up on Saturday or Sunday and enjoying the cool morning sitting on the deck with a book & my beags!
What we’ve been up to…
We celebrated a lot of birthdays, mine, the beags, and hubby’s too! I went to 2 concerts this month as well!
What I’m dreading…
I really truly try not to dread a single thing 😉 happiness is a choice!
What I’m working on…
Eeks our anniversary is quickly approaching and we still haven’t finalized what trip we plan to take to celebrate, yikes!

I can not wait to share my Friday Favorites post this week 😉
What I’m watching/reading…
I’m watching The Bold Type on FreeForm, though I watch it on Hulu a couple days later really but I LOVE the show and highly recommend it!

This audiobook!
What I’m wearing…
Not what I’m wearing but the beags got new bowties to wear!
What I’m doing this weekend…
This weekend is my Mom’s birthday!
What I’m looking forward to next month…
Next month we have a party planned for my Dad’s 50th birthday!

I received this happy mail from my SIL this week and it just brings a smile to my face each time I see it 🙂

Thanks Holly! YES, The Summer I Met Jack is a historical fiction of sorts about JFK – so far I am loving it!
