Show & Tell: Embarrassing Moments

Time for another Show & Tell link up with Andrea! This week we are sharing some of our embarrassing moments. I had a little bit of a hard time coming up with my moments, not sure if it is because I don’t do embarrassing things or if things just don’t tend to embarrass me… 😉

So we’ve all done the embarrassing thing of holding our phone while frantically searching for it right!? That one is just a given 😉 In fact my husband did it just last week! He was watching a video on his phone and walking around the house looking for it, I even helped search for it too!

I think at my birthday party one year, I was probably pre-teen or early on in my teen years, I had an embarrassing moment. Since my birthday is in July its nice and summery out, so I had friends stay over. We have a sliding glass door in the basement of my parents house that opens up to the yard, I went in to grab the Hello Kitty boom box and when I ran out I ran right through the screen door, oops!

I don’t find this one super embarrassing but I do understand that it is quite weird. I prefer to use the third stall in bathrooms. Its a bit OCD I know, but it also doesn’t ruin my day if I don’t use that one. If the third stall is taken I’ll even walk past all the stalls and walk back so that on my way back a different stall is now the third.

 

Hank and Hal do all sorts of embarrassing things all the time! Like inappropriately hump other dogs at the dog park, eat dog poop, or jump up on our counters and get into the cupboard to eat the butter out of the butter dish! Usually I just laugh it off too because hey at least they keep us on our toes and laughing.

Finally, this was about the most embarrassing I could come up with…a few weeks ago I came across these photos at my parents and cracked up laughing! I mean can you say you have the first selfie you probably ever took?! I’m not sure what I was doing here or why we ever kept them, LOOK HOW WHITE I AM haha!
