Hello and welcome to a day in my life! I am linking up with Andrea for Show & Tell Tuesday and you can see my day in the life post from March here. Since our days are still pretty much the same I decided this time around to show you a Sunday of ours. Sunday is my absolute favorite day I think, which I’ve mentioned before, so I thought why not let you take a closer look 😉
We wake up earlier than most due to these 2 crazies demanding food and to inspect the grounds! Before 6:30 on this particular morning, oy! We made pancakes topped with cookie butter so it was a happy morning 🙂
After breakfast while we get around for the day these two get nice and comfy 😉
Then I got a load of laundry started and fluffed what was in the drier from the day before (sometimes the most difficult part of laundry is actually getting it out of the drier right!?!) and finally I sat down to meal plan. Of course Hank & Hal didn’t put in too much effort hehe
I decided to whip up the dishes and check on Ron in the garage (don’t mind the mess) before I headed out to the grocery store.
I made it to the store before 10a and thanks to my meal planning/grocery list I even stopped at the farmer’s market on the way home and was only gone an hour!
Ron was still pretty much where I left him lol and Hank assumed the same position too. After I got everything put away I went out to cut some flowers, they make me SO happy!
I took a few minutes to get in some reading before we headed out to a 1st Birthday party too.
Upon returning I made myself tea in my new fall hedgie mug thanks to my MIL and watched some of the Twilight. While, as you might have guessed, Ron headed back to the garage 😉
A little later I decided to load up the beags and head out for an adventure. We hit up some new trails and enjoyed pretty views!
On the way home we stopped for a couple Culver’s puppy scoops!! And we had a LOVELY drive-thru view =]
Hank helped a ton with the last of the laundry…and Ron made us a quesadilla to share for dinner since neither of us were really hungry.
I sat down to type up this post while catching more of the Twillight Saga with Hank & Hal on either side of me, we’ll likely call it an early night and get ready for the week ahead. Happy Monday friends!
