Today we celebrate 9 months of life with Ronald!
Things are starting to get real fun with him 😉 He has become a little pro at taking selfies!
Ro is getting a little attitude and will buck sometimes if you try to do something that he doesn’t want to do in that moment, like putting him in his car seat or sitting him in his highchair.
From the get go this guy has been a good eater and we haven’t really found much he won’t eat. Recently he has started consistently eating 3 solid meals a day with us. It is quite messy and I don’t always love sharing ALL my food lol, but it has also been so FUN to watch his feeding skills develop!
He now has 4 teeth! 3 on the bottom & 1 up top.
He enjoys playing peek a boo. He can clap, though not always on demand. And has mastered his toy of putting coins in a slotted cube.
He LOVED Halloween time & his favorite book currently is It’s Pumpkin Day Mouse…one of his favorite pages is when it reads EEK! and the other is when it reads BOO! lol, he also loves to turn the pages in books on his own.
Most of all Ro LOVES his momma! I love how he lights up when he sees me and it does feel good knowing that he wants me, but I won’t lie it can sometimes be draining too – I’m sure that before long he’ll want to Dad for everything so I’m trying to soak up being his #1 while it lasts <3

Absolutely precious!!!! He is SO stinking cute. He sounds so advanced for his age! Do you mind sharing what toy he uses to put the coins in the slot? That sounds like a great toy for fine motor skills/dexterity. I might want to look into it for Ella! I can’t wait to see your plans for him for xmas. Isn’t it sooo fun at this age??? How does he sleep? Ella was a stinker at that age but has gotten much better now that she is older.

Awe thanks Ashley! Yes, we certainly are having fun as he continues to grow and are very much looking forward to Christmas!! He sleeps pretty good, doesn’t always love to nap, but his nighttime sleep is usually 10-11 hours so I feel like I can’t complain 😉
