Oh my sweet Reece <3 On the 4th of July Reece turned 3 months old, so we had a little extra to celebrate 😉 He weighed in at 14lbs here at home and is filling right out!
Just a few days before turning 3 months Reece laughed for the first time, it was at something so random but just so sweet to hear. While he’ll let us know when he is upset he really does seem just so happy & smiley most all off the day.
Ro has always been sweet with Reece but in the last month he has really taken to loving on Reece. I think since Reece is having longer spurts of being awake & alert plus he makes more noises now so Ro feels like they can interact a bit. Of course Reece loves to watch his big brother in amazement too!
Sleep continues to improve and we consistently see a 5 hour stretch of sleep for at least the first portion of the night. And often he’s only waking once in the night to feed. Though usually he wakes for the day pretty early around 5am.
Reece is a tummy time master, spends a good amount of time on either of his sides too, and then a handful of times has rolled now. Which once he gets rolled it usually upsets him lol!
It finally feels like we’re in a groove as a family and things are getting a little easier…not to say any of it is easy!! All just in time for me to return to work and we’ll have to figure out new routines. We sure are in love with our sweet boy <3
