Reece turned 2 months a couple weeks ago now, sharing his little monthly update! He weighed in at 11lbs 8oz, 24.5 inches long putting him in the 97th percentile for length which is so crazy & just like big brother Ro, his head is above the 90th percentile lol!
In this second month Reece has become so alert & active. He has started to “talk” to us with lots of babbles & gurgles. He especially likes to kick kick kick and push his legs against anything.
And he SMILES at his mama all day long <3️ he’s not the biggest fan of tummy time on the floor, though he will do it, but we do get lots of practice with head control as he looks over my shoulder.
He’s started to give us just a couple random stretches of longer sleep at night. We’re hopeful that it is catching on and we’ll get in more of a routine & schedule with everyone getting a little more rest even if he still wants 2-3 times to feed through the night.
He’s not the biggest fan of the carseat & driving, though it is improving. But he does like to be on the go, preferring that I walk him around the house or when we are in the car to go fast, NO stopping 😉
We’ve got the hang of baby wearing real well so Reece gets to spend a lot of time close to me & even sometimes Dad so that we can keep up with Ro. And he often will gladly take a nap in the carrier.

Oh he is just precious….who are people saying he looks like? Right now I see both of you but love to hear what people say- he looks so happy too and I bet Ro is on Cloud 9!
Oh gosh it had been so funny, everyone says he looks just like Ro! The daycare ladies can’t get over that they look so much alike. I think they look similar & like brothers but not crazy alike. I see more of me in both boys, which is what most people say too 😉
