Hello! I’m joining Dara today for the Not Just A Mom linkup, the topic to kick off the year is Get Cozy/Small Comforts!
Some of my favorite cozy items include a good blanket, hot chocolate, & fuzzy socks. I’m sure you’ve seen these blankets promoted before from Nordstrom, I’ve gotten a couple & gifted a couple too, for the price point when they are on sale they are really perfect! My secret to the best hot chocolate is to use milk, even better is to use chocolate milk 😉 Fuzzy socks also always make a great gift, I received these ones for Christmas last year.
Other things that make me think of cozy & comfort include a nice candle, a romantic book, or a good bath! I’ve loved using candles from here the last couple years but would like to transition to some cleaner options, Grow Fragrance recently released some that I would love to try! A few books I’ve read & would recommend as a cozy romantic read are In A Holidaze or One Day in December. And recently the bath bombs, salts, & soaps from Pacha Soap Co have been my favorite!! I’ve tried to use our new bath at least once a week 🙂

We are all about the cozy blankets around here too- can’t get enough of them- love your idea of a bath too- need to take more of those this winter!!
Yes, baths are made for winter! So long as the bathroom is warm when you get out 😉
I am not into baths, but I’m all about a long hot shower with a hair conditioning masque and face scrub!

I never thought of using chocolate milk to make hot cocoa; I bet that adds to the richness for sure!
SO good! Definitely not how we always make it, lol, but for special times it sure is yummy.
I love your throw blankets. I have too many blankets scattered around the house. My daughter is the queen of making hot chocolate, and she tends to use up all the milk! haha Thanks for linking up with us.

I’m not a bath person but I am all about snuggling under a blanket with a good romance novel — definitely a cozy feeling!
