Today I thought I’d share my nightly beauty routine with you. A year ago I rarely washed my face at the end of the day, ugh. I often put on makeup over what was left from the day before, YUCK. However, I decided my 25th year was the time that I would develop a better beauty routine and good habits for my skin.
I prefer to keep it simple so that I know I will do it. And honestly I probably still skip one night a month due to going to bed too late and not having the motivation.
I have a handful of different products. I mix and match what I use based on what I feel my skin needs and well, my motivation level ha!
I use this eye makeup remover every single night! I truly look forward to using it actually, it is so gentle, smells good, and leaves my eyes and surrounding skin feeling great.
I usually use this oil cleanser first to breakdown my makeup and it is incredible how well it works. Plus it only requires a little bit so this bottle lasts quite a while!
Then I decide on a couple different options of what to use to really clean my face. If I don’t have much makeup on, I’ll use this simple cleanser with this scrubber. Or on the weekends when I try not to wear makeup, I’ll just use this konjac sponge which I also like to use in the morning for a refresher.
If I need a little more cleansing I’ll use this charcoal cleanser to really get in and clean up my skin.
A couple days a week I’ll use this lip scrub and then I finish with a moisturizer. This one has been my new favorite and I’m obsessed with how soft my skin feels using it. Oh and lately I’ve been using this cuticle oil to help fight off the hangnails!
I received this face mask in one of my Petit Vour boxes and really liked it so I think I’ll try out some other kinds to add to my routine maybe once a week too.
That is all! In usually less than 15 minutes I can wash my face and brush my teeth so I’m ready for bed, easy peasy and such an improvement from the last year! I’m always on the look out for new things to try and really taking care of my skin so please share any of your favorites 🙂
