Hello Monday & Happy Memorial Day! May we all take a few moments today to remember those who have lost their lives serving our country & to pray for their families too! The true meaning of today and our long weekend, remember.
We spent the weekend in Indianapolis for the Indy 500 and are headed home today to be reunited with our beags! This is what our weekend looked like…
Friday after work we headed to my parents house as they so graciously looked after our crazies, Hank & Hal! We pretty much dropped the beags off and headed right back on the road.
We met up with some friends that we carpooled down to Indy with since they’re from that area. It was a long evening/night of driving…But is sure was nice to wake up and have all day to enjoy the city. Jon & Sarah showed us around and we mostly just hung out.
Sunday was race day! We were up bright & early to make our way to the track. And it was HOT. Since we spent all day long at the track, I’ll just share a few pictures here with you because I’m tired & just can’t wait to be back with our beags. We did have such a FUN weekend though and I hope you did too!
I’ve been to the museum there but not an actual race!
Awesome! We weren’t able to make it to the museum because it was just so busy but the race was a lot of fun!
