Project 52 Week 51
These posts were some of the top from my viewers this year! How We Pack Lunches – I think everyone was looking for all the lunch tips/tricks through the link up for their kids lunches in preparation for back to school lol
10 Random Facts About Me – This was a fun post too, I need to remember to share more next year as we all have plenty of quirks!
Friday Favorites: Kansas City Edition – We visited KC for our anniversary this year and had a blast!
And my personal FAVORITE posts included…My Husband, My Heart – I shared this as a little tribute to my husband after graduating with his Masters degree, can’t believe its been a year already.
Our Story: Grace in Marriage – I’ve shared plenty about our love story which you can scroll through here. but this one has been my ABSOLUTE FAVE because it’s the basis of our relationship & marriage
JOY! – Love this post I wrote about how your happiness is a choice you can make, simple yet so important!
I thought I’d also name my FAVORITE Reads of 2018. This was hard because I read some really GREAT books this year, not really sure I can say any were duds for me. Ultimately these 3 are what have stuck with me all year long and I think the message they carry are well suited for everyone! My first and probably absolute favorite is Everybody, Always by Bob Goff. We can all use to learn from what he has to say and the life he leads!
Next up is Girls Burn Brighter by Shobha Rao. Both heart-wrenching and heartwarming this story is one that left me feeling empowered. I won’t lie though, there were definitely parts that were hard to get through simply because I knew how true the events are still today, like human trafficking.
Lastly, Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis has taken the world by storm this year and I definitely found myself needing to find out more. This book is POWERFUL! And I love following along on social media with Rachel & Dave Hollis, they’re funny & honest. Their couples podcast, Rise Together has quickly become my favorite too.
I’ve read a total of 50 books this year and am in awe! A huge part of that has been through the discovery of audiobooks and listening while I drive to/from work or while I clean around the house.
