Project 52, Week 2

I am loving these crackers lately! I’ve gotten them before and in their other flavors too but I think I always forget how much I always like them.
So at Christmas time I usually buy one box of the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, I think it’s probably just the nostalgia but they’re still a favorite of mine. Well this year I held off on buying them and then the week I told myself I would get them my grocery store didn’t have any more!!! It was tragic lol. Last weekend I decided to treat myself to the Valentine’s variety haha and I am not regretting it one bit this week 😉
My hubby and I kind of spontaneously bought tickets to a concert in September…in Nashville, at Ryman Auditorium! I mean we talked it over for a bit at breakfast and then decided to just go for it, planning Anniversary trips with him is my absolute FAVORITE!
How far along: 37 weeks, Due January 29th
Size of baby: Honeydew Melon
Gender: BOY
Weight Gain: 21lbs
Maternity Clothes: As much as I want to I’m not adding anything new to my closet 😉
Nursery: D-O-N-E officially as of this weekend!
Movement: Starting to feel some braxton hicks contractions I believe and honestly they’re annoying more than anything lol
Symptoms: Definitely getting sore throughout my hip area along with in my sides/ribs, even noticed a couple mornings that my hands/fingers feel sore.
Cravings: Twice this week I had a craving for fried Chicken so we had to remedy that lol
What I miss: Not having to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom lol
Best moment this week: Our ultrasound <3 Though he wouldn’t let us see his face we got to see lots of hands, feet, & HAIR! I shared those pictures last week here.
Looking forward to: At this point we’re just looking forward to his arrival!
How far along: 38 weeks
Size of baby: Spaghetti Squash
Gender: Boy
Weight Gain: 24.2lbs
Maternity Clothes: Pretty much down to a standard rotation of a couple outfits and don’t care at this point 😉

Movement: Baby M does a lot of just pushing out on my belly & holding in that position
Symptoms: I did wake in the middle of the night with heartburn so bad one night! Hoping that doesn’t become a regular occurrence, usually if I sit up it goes away pretty quickly.
Cravings: No real cravings but I am letting myself indulge more in this last month 😉
What I miss: Just being able to get around easily…it takes real effort to get up out of bed or off the couch nowadays.
Best moment this week: Stocking the freezer with easy dinners & breakfasts! Feels good to know that is crossed off the list & I know my future self will appreciate it.
Looking forward to: The arrival of our little man!

First of all, congrats on your baby coming in a few weeks! I love the earrings and just saw the crackers at Costco. I wasn’t sure what they’d be like with almond flour, but they sound good. We saw a show at the Ryman in November, and it was incredible. Tanya – The Other Side of the Road
