Linking up to share ALLLLL the favorites this week, its a big one!
Last weekend we celebrated five years of marriage in Nashville <3 Our Airbnb was so cute, it was like one of those little houses you see people build. It also had a nice outdoor space too!
We enjoyed so many good foods on our trip…this baked cheese appetizer at The Stillery might have been my FAVORITE!
These epic milkshakes were definitely a fave of the trip 🙂
And this breakfast at Milk & Honey was up there too!
We visited A LOT of record & music stores! Picked up probably more vinyls than we need along with a mandolin for Ron….when in Nashville…music city lol
We walked Broadway of course, along with the pedestrian bridge.
We toured Ryman Auditorium before attending a concert there as well. If you are a fan of music and concerts then you MUST see a concert at Ryman Auditorium, I’d also recommend seeing an artist(s) that focuses more on the instruments because the acoustics of the Ryman are simply AMAZING!! We saw Mandolin Orange, a husband wife duo that play the mandolin & violin. During one instrumental my husband & I were literally in awe, my mouth was straight up open, and when the song ended we both turned to each other with big eyes and said WOW! Actual goosebumps guys. They came back out for an acoustic encore, no microphones, just their instruments & voices…it was moving, I could’ve cried. Ryman Auditorium – add it to your list!
Then on the drive home we stopped in Cincinnati to see the Diamondbacks play the Reds. We walked in almost right at game time and left early because we still had 4 hours of driving ahead of us and wanted to get HOME. But it was a really nice ballpark and we had good food too!
My mom kept us updated with LOTS of pictures of Ro while we were away, MY FAVORITE FAVORITE!!!!!
And because I forgot to share last week, we visited Ron’s grandma over Labor Day weekend and it was so nice catching up with her <3
Lastly I had thought ahead a couple weeks ago and signed up to have Hello Fresh delivered when we returned from our vacation. That meant I didn’t have to meal plan and just minimally had to grocery shop for milk & fruits/veggies for lunches. It saved us this week and I would definitely use a meal delivery service again in the future when returning from vacation!

What a great trip! At first I thought the baby was with you because of the picture with Ron playing the mandolin for him. But glad you got to take the getaway by yourselves. I love the air bnb, it’s so cute!
