Friday Favorites

Another Friday and more favorites, linking up as always with Andrea, Erika, and Narci!

On Monday night I got to see some of my FAVORITE ladies as we shopped for bridesmaid dresses for Jenelle’s December wedding!!

We’ve enjoyed having my in-laws up for the week, good food & good times <3

My husband and I took Wednesday off work to take Ronald to his 4 month well visit and spend a little more time with hubby’s parents.

On Thursday when I returned from work after taking Wednesday off I was treated to a welcomed surprise. As a breastfeeding mom I have to pump at work, spending 30-40 minutes in our lactation room every 2-3hrs. I am grateful that my employer provides a room but it was in rough shape…there was a 15yr old office chair, wobbly table, and storage of a really old TV plus other misc. items in several boxes. After a couple of weeks of using the room I knew I had to speak up and ask for better as I hope to be using the room for several more months and I felt just sad & lonely every time I went to pump. Yesterday morning I walked in to find the room much improved, it even made me a little teary! So here is a reminder to know & believe you are worth it, don’t be afraid to ask and demand better for yourself!!

Grandma & Grandpa of course didn’t travel to visit without gifts! Ronald is excited for his new diecast Caterpillar equipment 🙂
