Hooray for a long holiday weekend! We’re off today and are looking forward to celebrating Easter with family this weekend, first up my favorites of the week with Andrea, Erika, and Narci 🙂
Project 52, Week 12
On Wednesday night I pulled out my little bit of baseball decor for Opening Day on Thursday! These little happy pieces just bring me joy 🙂
Then at work they put on an Opening Day lunch for all the employees and raffle off some prizes for wearing Tigers gear…well I won a a little swag bag!
Despite the gloomy weather we got out for a good walk with the beags and they loved every minute of it 🙂 We did too!
Last, just some inspiration and motivational words – these ones were really good this week!

1. Spending time at home, especially to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day which is a huge holiday in my little hometown.
2. My Library – I’ve read 12 books in the last 3 months! I am crushing my reading goals and am so grateful to have a library that I love & always has the books I’m wanting to read 🙂
3. I am so glad the sun has been shining more and the weather is starting to warm up! Nothing feels better than some sunshine & a little time outdoors.
4. Sunshine. I’m so happy for all the bright, sunny days ahead.
5. I am so very grateful to have had 4 years of carpooling to work with my hubby! (I know I’ve mentioned this a lot in the last week or more, #SorryNotSorry) Yesterday was our last day carpooling for the foreseeable future. While it may seem like a silly thing to make such a big deal about, its a pretty big change for us, or maybe just me because now I’m going to have to actually drive… We were able to discuss TONS of various things during those 30 minutes each way, we jammed out to ALL the music together, and I got in a good deal of reading in too 😉
Love your gratitude and LOVE that it is baseball season -even though opening day was yesterday we can’t wait for our beloved Red Sox to have opening day next week at home at Fenway 🙂 Happy Easter Rechelle!

Our opening day was awful! But I did just score tickets for the game in 2 weeks for $5 per seat in the outfield lower section!
WOW Dara that is an awesome score on tickets! Our opening day was postponed due to rain and we had another game over the weekend get postponed due to weather – Spring needs to get it together 😉
