Sharing both my favorites from the week with Andrea and Erika as well as my March Petit Vour goodies!
Easter! I shared our weekend wind down on Monday.
I took a quick trip for work this week and it was perfect for breaking up my week! I flew down to Florida on Tuesday afternoon with a colleague and we were back late on Wednesday night. The sunshine was certainly nice ๐
Project 52, Week 15
This little tin of succulents with lights makes my heart HAPPY, see my post from Wednesday to see my garden prep.
I sent this to my husband when I saw it on Insta and immediately screenshot it so I could share with you. So much truth in this post! We often find Hank just sitting in the middle of our yard observing life and taking it all in, I’m so thankful for his reminder to appreciate it all!
Kani Botanicals Galazy Milk – Illuminating Beauty Oil $16
I’ve never been a regular user of highlighter but this one made it really easy to use. Just a drop or two on my fingers and I rubbed it in. This one is more sparkly/glittery than I would like for everyday wear, probably since I’m not used to wearing daily, so I’ll be saving it for nights out.
METTA Intensive Replenishing Face Balm $12.50
On the jar this is recommended for use as a treat at night, so that is just what I’ve been doing. I am IN LOVE with this product! My skin feels so fabulous every night, morning and day! Since this is quite thick I only need to use a little bit to cover my face and it should last me a good while. I’ve looked into their other products and am excited to add more to my beauty routine!
Little Barn Apothecary Blue Yarrow + Geranium Cleansing Oil $8
I had recently read somewhere that you should first take off your make up with an oil based cleanser and then actually clean your face. So I was delighted to find this product in my box. It works extremely well at taking off my makeup! Then I follow up with my regular night time cleanser and I feel like I’m actually getting my face cleaner!
Formulary55 Rosehip & Clay Facial Mask $8
This had quite a strong smell but I’m excited for the multiple uses with this one sample. The first time I just mixed the powder with water as it called for, then I read tips for customizing face masks by adding in honey, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, essentials oils, and other nutrients. So I tried a different combo the second time and loved it even more! Can’t wait to keep trying different combos to find what works best for my skin ๐
