Another weekly link up with Andrea, sharing my favorites for the week!
I didn’t share my Project 52 layout last week so I’ve got Weeks 10 & 11 to share this week! These layouts are often the highlight of my week. I really enjoy putting together all the photos documenting our regular ‘ol days and while I’m at it I usually browse through the previous weeks too. I can not wait to be able to turn these pages into an album and look back on our year!
On Wednesday I did a Day In The Life post and it was so much fun to put together and even reread already. I documented my Monday and it was a really good start to our week, plus I know I’ll treasure looking back on the details of our ordinary life someday.
This week we received our seeds in the mail for our garden and I’m just so gosh darn excited! Is it planting time yet?!?! We ordered from High Mowing, the same as last year since I was really happy with the performance of our plants.
We have to return our rental car today and while it was nice to have a free car for almost 3 weeks I can not wait to be rid of it, even though we haven’t purchased a replacement car yet. BUT we do get to meet my family this weekend so we can borrow a car from their lot of cars hehe 😉 AND while we’re at it we’re going to see Beauty and the Beast! So it’s a win all around!
This weekend is my SIL’s birthday! I’m so proud to call her my sister, she is a passionate math teacher and an inspiring friend. She is a strong big sister to my husband and Ron loves her BIG (me too)! Quick story: Ashley and her husband recently visited Hawaii. She sent a snap of her on the beach one day and Ron asked if it would be creepy is he screen-shot it, I just chuckled and said maybe a tiny bit. He said well I love my sister and just miss her a lot. And I melted! I think a lot of emphasis gets put on sister-sister bonds or brother-brother relationships, but I know through my husband just how special their bond is too. I’m so thankful that he has an amazing sister because I know she has helped shaped who he is today too and I’m grateful they have a deep friendship as well! Happy Birthday Ashley, we hope all your wishes come true!!!
