Even though there is no link up for Friday Favorites this week I still wanted to share my fave moments. It was a good week for us around here!
Eric Church. I’ve been talking about this concert for weeks now it seems, but we both really looked forward to it and had the time of our lives! So obviously it had to make my favorites list, see more in my Weekend Wind Down post from Monday 😉
My new LuLaRoe leggings! They are SO comfy and I love the fun prints! Hoping to find a shirt and/or dress in a design I can’t live without so I can continue to grow my collection. Do you LuLaRoe?
This Steak Mexican Gumbo was everything this week! We had it on the menu last week but just didn’t make it. My hubby had wanted Qdoba gumbo recently but we really didn’t want to eat out (trying to be responsible and healthy lol). So I found this copycat recipe and we made it our own! YUM 🙂
Okay so we started out the week with two awesome meals! This Chicken Parmesan from Tuesday was a real winner too, my husband said “This tastes legit Italian.” So I put a big ‘ol star next to this recipe and will definitely be making it again!
Finally, this is my current to read book stack! I’ve got some work to do this month, I reviewed the books I read last month on Wednesday and scroll through previous reviews here.
OH and I got out in the garage a little this week to help Ronald and even though we were both super frustrated because that darn transmission won’t go back together I couldn’t help but smile. I don’t get to get out there with him every time since I’m often trying to clean up the house, get ahead on reading, or writing a blog post. However, I do really enjoy getting to see him work in his favorite place on his dream car.
