Project 52, Week 13 layout
Every month I switch up the wallpaper on my cell phone, I prefer for it to be something inspiring/uplifting and just kind of match the “theme” for the month – like if there is a holiday, etc. I liked these 2 for for April and decided on the smile one 🙂

I also wanted to join Laura for her 10 Random Facts About Me linkup yesterday!
1. I love the numbers 3 & 6 but really dislike 9, I’m not even sure why lol! But we were married in September and I just tried to pretend that the 9 wouldn’t bother me…so far it hasn’t 😉
2. I hate having my finger nails polished. Mostly because I use my hands a lot and so they get chipped pretty quickly which I can not stand! Also though because I just dislike the way it feels – like you can actually feel the polish on your finger nails, its just weird lol
3. I will fill my shopping cart up and then when I get to the end of the store, ready to check out I will talk myself out of buying nearly everything – this mostly applies to online shopping or Target.
4. My family decided this weekend that one of my hidden talents is singing out song lyrics based on what someone says. I hadn’t really realized it but is someone says something that ends with the word everybody then I might sing a line or two from Everybody by BSB, that sort of thing…weird right!?
5. I enjoy planning & hosting events like holidays, girls night, and even our yearly anniversary trips! I love looking for good spots to stay, see, or eat for vacation. And I love planning fun festive activities, decor, or food for parties 🙂
6. Books make me happy! Browsing the library or bookstore is just one of my favorite things to do.
7. I am a list maker. I make lists for things I need to pack when going somewhere (I’ll even included items that I’ve already packed just because I want it to be all inclusive), I make lists for meals & grocery shopping (even in the order that I’ll shop around the store), I just love a good list 😉
8. I really enjoy cooking and making new things but prefer to use recipes as a guideline. If I think a different spice sounds better I’ll substitute it and I don’t typically measure. I’ve never had anything really go wrong, but I also probably can’t make the exact same thing twice lol
9. I don’t drink coffee. I will occasionally try a drink of something my husband gets but don’t really love it or feel the need to drink it. I do like tea but only drink it sometimes. I just don’t feel like I NEED to have a morning mug, instead I just fill mine with water and am good to go.
10. I’m a homebody. I love my people and I’d much rather stay home than go out.

I love nail polish but hate chipped nails so I never paint my fingernails. I just use a nail buffer and polisher thingy and it makes them a little shiny. Also, I love the phone wallpapers! Thanks for sharing!

I do 3 with online shopping, 7, 8, and 10! I love being at home and with my dogs 🙂

Happy Friday Rechelle! I like the random facts that you shared… I like the look of nail polish but like you, don’t care for the upkeep. I’m also a homebody, non-coffee drinker, and list maker. An abnormality about me is that I don’t like the color brown/cognac – especially in clothes/shoes. I love wood and wood tones though … have a good weekend!
