Oh Happy Day! We enjoyed a fabulous weekend, loving on our boy BIG. On Saturday we had a small family birthday party to celebrate Ro turning 2. We went with an Oink, Cluck, Baa, Moo Ronald is turning 2 theme. For decor I mostly just grabbed a variety of balloons for big impact & then we pulled out Ro’s tractors & farm animals too. I made cupcakes, my mom got Ro a cake, we picked up some food & made some food to keep it all very easy but festive 😉
Then on Sunday after grocery shopping & on our way home, we stopped at the dairy farm that is basically in our backyard to visit with the calves. Despite it being incredibly cold & Ro was shivering, he was very upset when I made us head home. We can’t wait for Spring so we can load up in the stroller & walk the half mile to visit more often, I think it’ll be perfect for a toddler & newborn outing!
We also had some Valentine fun with themed water play & new festive books! Plus on Monday Ro had his Valentine’s party at daycare.
Tuesday we had a snow day! Ron was in the UP for work & I am in no condition to remove 10″ of snow from our long driveway so I took the day off. We brought some snow inside to play with after watching a neighbor tractor clear a driveway. And we stayed in pajamas all day!!

Love how his party turned out! You did an awesome job Rechelle- so creative! So cool that you live that close to the dairy farm AND those beautiful horses 🙂
