Another month is coming to an end and that means I’m sharing another What’s Up Wednesday with Sheaffer & Shay! See what we’ve been up to this month 
What we’re eating this week…
On the menu I’ve got: Basil Burgers, Spinach & Swiss meatballs, chorizo & sweet potato tacos (see below), Chicken & Butternut squash fries, and these Baked Chicken Tacos from Monday.
What I’m reminiscing about…
Bringing Hal home 2 years ago! We also bought our Cruze a year ago this month.
What I’m loving…
My little succulents! I’m propagating these ones and can not wait for teeny tiny little buds to appear
What we’ve been up to…
SO MANY WALKS! I use the ResQwalk app on my phone when we take the dogs for a walk and they donate money to the charity of choice which for us is Beagle Freedom Project. We’ve got 10 walks on the books so far this month and 21 total for the year!
What I’m dreading…
Not a single thing I can think of!
What I’m working on…
My Garden! I’ve got to get started in on the tilling, then covering with fresh soil to prepare for planting in the next month or two.
What I’m excited about…
Next week is my Sister’s Birthday!!!
What I’m watching/reading…
Watching PLL! Thank goodness it will finally be over soon. Finishing up reading another Elin Hilderbrand novel, check back on Friday for my monthly review of books I’ve read.

Continuing to check off my spring cleaning list and work on my garden.

We celebrate my best friend’s sister with a bachelorette party, I’m SO ready for a girls trip!
What else is new…
We ran out of plastic baggies earlier this month and I decided to make the switch to reusable snack bags. I love that we’re being eco-friendly and saving a little money by not just literally throwing it away. The zipper variety came with a lunch bag I was gifted, the blue ones I bought on Zulily for $6 and I waited to find the others on sale as well (otherwise it can get pricey)!
Bonus Question: What’s your favorite spring/summer shoe…
To work I wear my Converse and Keds a lot in the spring/summer because they are lighter. These Target sandals are my favorite though, I need them in every color!
