It’s Friday and that means time for my FAVORITE link up! Sharing my faves from the week with Andrea, Erika, and Narci🙂
First up as usual is my Project 52, week 26 layout – We’ve made it halfway through the year can you believe ?!?! I’m SO proud of keeping up with these weekly layouts, some of them aren’t as picture filled as others, but hey I’m still sticking with it!
On Wednesday I shared our 4th of July party, you can see more from that post here. We LOVE America, obviously it is our FAVE!
Last Wednesday I shared that lately I’ve been wearing lots of sunblock! I truly think it is easy for us to all protect our skin from sun damage and it’s really important too. I am definitely more pale than most so I do my best to make sure I’m always protected! These are some of the sunblocks I’m currently using and ones I’ve tried in the past.
Alba Botanica Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30: This one is my FAVORITE! It isn’t oily and doesn’t smell like a typical sunblock, perfect for my face!
Alba Botanica Sensitive Skin Spray SPF 50: My husband tends to have a little more sensitive skin so I got this one more for him. I think it dries really fast and doesn’t at all smell bad.
Trader Joe’s Sunscreen SPF 30: This is definitely more of your typical lotion, has a more oily feel and smell to it. However, I didn’t hate it and think it has worked well when I’ve used it!
Sun Bum Zinc Oxide SPF 50: I’ve been using this on my face every single morning and LOVE IT! It smells delicious and is very hydrating. I put it on, let it soak in, and then apply my makeup.
Bare Republic Mineral Sport SPF 50: I haven’t used this too much but have liked what I have used so far. It has a somewhat coconut scent and covers well.
What is your go to sunscreen? Please share, I’m always on the lookout for new ones to try!
We’re returning from a trip ‘Up North’ with the fam today! We enjoyed our visit to Mackinac Island and just the beauty of northern Michigan in general. I’ll be sharing more from our trip later but this was obviously a FAVORITE this week.
